Good
- relatively clean and spacious - no cigarette smell - a lot of sink counter space - location - close to lots of shops and market
- did not like the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers which were upside down squeeze bottles that dispensed too much product - body lotion smelled weird

Overall stay was worth it.
Spacious room. Walking distance to Olle Market, Lee Jung Seop Art Street and Cheongyieon waterfall and food Street. Dinner choices at night is good.
Room can be cleaner. The hanging bar of the open cupboard is covered in dust. Daily cleaning can be more thorough, used cup was not clean and bedsheet not tidied properly.

Nice and quiet area with lots of good restaurants nearby
Shower drain was dirty and would not drain properly our first night. Bidet would kind of leak water so we had to keep towels on the floor if we used it.

I recommend this nice hotel.
I would like to appreciate to helpful front desk, especially Mr. Kang Eun Chang. Hotel facilities, cleanness , room size, room view, roof pool, rooftop and convenience store in hotel are excellent. Water fall, Cruise and submarine station are very close. Very close to Seogwipo city hall. Olle market very close to the property and I recommend the night street food in this market. Also, you can enjoy with offered discount for some attractions in Jeju which provided by room reservation in this hotel. Thank you Casaloma hotel :)
Breakfast quality was good but I want to recommend to property to use warmer to keep food warmer.
